In our quest for continuous improvement your IAAP leadership would like to obtain your feedback on a membership survey which focuses on membership satisfaction. This confidential survey has been designed in a manner that will provide satisfaction data to both division and chapter leadership. This quick survey consists of 9 questions (most are multiple choice). It can be completed in < 10 minutes.

If you haven’t visited the headquarters site lately, then take a look at the new layout:  www.iaap-hq.org.  This new site layout was installed at the beginning of the year.

ATTENTION:  Membership rosters are not currently accessible online (using the normal download process).  I have emailed a request to headquarters to obtain copies of each chapter’s roster and Division MAL roster.  Upon receipt of those rosters, I will forward them to the appropriate chapter presidents for distribution to their officers and/or membership committees.

I will keep you posted as I learn of other changes regarding the access to rosters.  I’m not sure if the previous path to the reports will be reinstated or if a new path will be established.
